Well. The story at first hits me with great potential. It was my curiosity that made me tolerate the awful art (Don't get me wrong, the drawing is not that bad but it's just not my taste), but yeahh.. it failed in the end. Blah. But it was still a good read.
Read better

This is not the worst or the best that I have ever read. Some of the art is interesting but for the most part I grew tired of the story and was glad that it ended.
She believed he was an angel.

Sweet and silly, interesting, captivating art. I like to think that the two main protagonists ended up together, whether as lifelong friends or lovers. I think their being lifelong friends and lovers would have made them both very happy, since they already had role models that had difficult relationships, and they could learn from them.
Ok, but...

I was ok with the art. It's quite the manhwa style which can be rather different from the usual manga bishies and pretty gals.
I was curious why some people said they didn't like the ending, and in a way I understand. It's left pretty open and it can bother some people who need those happy lovey dovey ending scenes (erm, like me?). There isn't much emotion in it tho, overall, and yes, it is a very much coming of age kind story, cos some of the bits sort of don't add much otherwise.

It's really good, in my opinion. Before, I avoided it because of the art and the queer title. I guess, the word "unplugged" is used to describe how carefree Hyun Kyum is. He's a unique kind of character who breathes life into everybody he meets, displaying light-hearted nonchalance, even though he has his own share of problems. This is what makes Je Yool, and me, see him as an angelic being.
You'll fall in love with the entire cast of characters, and the story, which is truly something remarkably different.

I couldn't really get into the art, but I thought it was pretty good nonetheless, in an objective kinda way. The story and the characters are interesting and different, which is where this manhwa shines, although I found Yuh Myung Myung rather annoying for most of the story. However as a whole it makes for a good, short read that I'd recommend.
underrated?

despite being slow and having minimal development, i thought it was a pretty good series... i think the problem lies within the fact that its not like the typical shoujo manga.. i agree with pokie, this is more like a coming-of-age manga..
^__^; i think this manga is deep... in a not so deep kind of way...
the art is lovely and its an enjoyable read if you have the time... probably not so if you don't have any time

This manga focuses more on the coming-of-age and subtle changes in a relationship between two friends so the plot may seem slow to some. I actually liked this manhwa and it kept me hooked enough to finish it; however, I thought that there would be more to the story and was a bit disappointed when I came to the end (i.e., I thought "That's it?!?!").
If you're hunting for stuff to read because you've read most of the better shoujo out there then I would recommend giving this a try. The art is not bad and different from the typical shoujo manga with distinctive character designs (i.e., not your typical handsome or beautiful protagonists).

Not the greatest manga..it seems kind of slow and its not very exciting...theres not much to the plot....I've read better..but Im still following this manga to see how it progresses...though it doesn't seem like there is even a rising action in the story to give it a climax..but you never know...
Blah, awful.
