the only one i really enjoyed and thought had good development was the last story. the first oneshot after the main story was just so random. it left a bad taste in my mouth that stayed until after I read all the other oneshots. although the last story lightened it it's still bleh.

The first two chapters were okay... not that easy to understand though as the translation wasn't very good. So I may have enjoyed them more if they were better quality.
The third chapter is definitely the worst, no character development whatsoever, it just seemed like a huge waste of time. Seriously. Don't even bother with it.
The last three stories were all much better, albeit very predictable, but with very cute couples in each ^__^
I particularly liked the 6th chapter (Equatorial Coefficient) - it was quite funny at times, and the relationship that developed was sweet. Plus I'm always a fan of stories where two people who don't get along at first, end up falling in love.
So I recommend chapters 4-6 (my rating is for those three chapters only, overall I'd give about 6.5 for the whole manga as the art is fairly nice), skip the third chapter entirely unless you want to die a little inside, and only read the first two if you don't mind confusing translations smile

Love Line Arrow is hard to comment upon because of a certain situation. That situation being the quality of the scans and the quality of the translation. Normally I don't like to make comments about the work of scanlation teams because they are all volunteers working for the fans. However, I believe that the reason people have previously given this series such a bad rating is because of the bad scans and the Engrish-y translation.
Yozakura Sakyou is a decent mangaka and her art is a lot more attractive than these releases would make it seem. The plot line in Love Line Arrow is pretty normal, for a yaoi plot, and unfortunately (because of the translation) I can't really comment upon Yozakura's style.
What I can say is that this series is enjoyable and that you will like it as long as you aren't looking for anything too in-depth. The low quality of the scans and translation can make it harder to follow, but for those of us fans who aren't really bothered by that, the story is still cute and the characters are quite likeable.
I did forget to mention that only the first two chapters are done poorly. The rest of the volume is neat and tidy.

The best art for this manga is on the cover, inside the quality is very poor.
The characters a two dimensional and often dull or unlikable, sometimes both.
