I do not like the rape of semi rape, but I love history because the seme really loves uke but does not know how to express it, also the uke has a character as a character and begins to improve himself, in addition that I like the mangaka enough

Let's for one moment forget about the drunk sex=rape. Let's also forget the Stockholm syndrome which Izaki suffers from as well. These two are staple in yaoi. Let's also ignore the mediocre art as well.
What's left? Nothing.
There is no proper "development" as such b/w the characters. The story is somewhat inconsistent. And both of them seem really incompatible.
If you want a love-hate relationship couple then there's plenty of them which are done much more artistically, such as sekaiichi hatsukoi or (what I prefer) abarenbou kareshi.

To be perfectly honest, I probably shouldn't like this manga as I do. There's some nonconsensual sex at first i.e. sex with the unconscious, drunk protagonist which should have been disturbing. The drawings are simple and decent - everyone looks pretty in an androgynous way. There's not even that much of a plot going on - just your standard fare of angsty relationship drama going on.

However.

Hakamada's character somehow hit all my kinks. ALL of them. He's incredibly socially awkward and obsessively dependent upon the normal, hot-headed Izuki, which makes all his scenes unbelievably hilarious because you can clearly see him running his thoughts and actions through some sort of weird Hakamada-logic brain which just baffles the heck out of everyone around him. Poor bewildered Izuki gets the brunt of this as he is wined and dined like the Cinderella to Hakamada's bizarre Prince Charming, but stays gutsy and proud throughout. So...yeah. It's cute and hot in a WTF kind of way. That's the best I can describe it.

Don't know what's with the high ratings but this manga seems pretty normal to me. The plot is common, what with the "I-need-to-stand-on-equal-grounds-with-him" kinda thing, something that you can find anywhere no matter what genre the manga is, be it yaoi or shoujo or whatever. The characters too! They aren't really that "shiny" and it feels like I'm reading some kind of deja vu manga.

Well, probably the flow of the manga is nice, but other than that...I can't seem to point out what's so great about this manga. I didn't feel anything when I read it. :/

A reunion bringing back all sorts of mixed mostly negative feelings... a chance encounter (?) and two men who give in to the heat of the moment...
I really liked this manga, especially that it was very well conveyed how hard it was for Izaki to get over the past, suddenly being reunited with someone who oh so easily makes him feel inferior.
Jumping into an intimate relationship without ever soberly giving his consent doesn't make it any simpler either...
It's so understandable why Izaki feels the way he does and that's why this manga has a real feel to it... because it's easy to relate to.
The whole manga is pleasant to read and just all together enjoyable with a good pacing to boot.

I'm not sure why this is rated so well, honestly. The story drags, the characters aren't realistic in their feelings or actions and are pretty one dimensional, and the whole thing evoked absolutely zero emotion or amusement from me. It's Far from the worst thing I've ever read, but it was definitely just average and not something I'd be interested in reading again.

this one is very entertaining ,hilarious , romantic, sweet, and wild at the same time. a very good story line and combination of feelings. the seme ( hakamada) is kind of sweet and shy judging from the way he treat izaki. i can say that the seme ( hakamada) is a melancholic one, he takes everything seriously, and not good in expressing himself. in contrary the uke izaki is kind of choleric and a bit sanguine and this makes the story even more interesting. not to mention there are enough mature scene which makes me smile WIDE... ^_^

but usually rape make me feel angry/sad/horny...but here, it's funny. i feel bad about it. overall, it's a nice story. the art is barely decent but enough to convey what the author wants. there are no excessive angst and the humour is smile inducing. a good quick read.

I love this manga haha. First of all, awkward 'how did i get here and omg did we do it!?' moments are the best anyway, so this tickled me straight away, but even after that i really enjoyed reading it. The characters are funny, on the surface they seem almost like polar opposites but the deeper you get the more you see they're actually two peas in a pod, they just don't know it because they find it hard to understand each other XD I also love the contrast where one character who shows no expression changes is actually extremely emotional, whilst the one who is expressionate is sort of cold and emotionless inside. Its fun x3 I really enjoyed reading this manga, i just wish it were longer, i love the characters chemistry together.

I really felt like this one was different from all those other yaois Ive read. Izaki as the uke wasnt weak and small and he actually looked like well a guy. He tried to come up with a reason for his feelings for Hakamada and didnt make any excuses like "but im a guy' (that same old excuse gets tiresome). And their situation was really funny with stuff that made me laugh. The characters were extremely likeable-atleast for me they were. I dont know about other people but I loved it.
