Although I do agree that some sensible ppl might not like it. I thought it was awesome.
I never thought that the boy was being abused sexually like so many other.
As I saw the boy was in love with the uncle, he just felt guilty of the relationship bc his mother abandoned him bc of it.
You can see this, when he gets jealous when seeing other girls, or when he rejects his friend.
The only thing he didnt like was when uncle had sex with him in a rough way.
Well if up to you to make your own opinion.

My rating is an average between the rating for the 1st story (3/10), and the rating for the 2nd (10/10).
The 1st story is really messed up, trying to be realistic and serious,but not believable at any point of the story, and I agree with previous comment about the lesser of two evil kind of impression. This makes neither of the two protagonists likeable at all.
On the other hand, the 2nd story is really cute and give a nice feeling, and has some comedy in it, genre that the mangaka seems to master much better than drama.

I agree to some extent with the previous reviewer, but for me, the back-story between the lead characters (in the main story) redeemed the older character a little. At first, I was shocked at how the story was going too, and what happens later with another character created a kind of 'let's go with the lesser of the two evils' sort of impression! I'm still conflicted about whether the relationship between the lead characters is romantic or founded on mutual despair/desperation. As a whole, though, I thought the manga was of standard quality. There were some very touching moments and the other story in the manga was also good. If you won't mind a story with grey-area moral background, give this one a try!
My advice - read only ch4 and 5. They're good, rest possibly psychologically scaring depending on upbringing. However, the art is good and I'll definitely read any of this Mangaka's non-rape stuff.
