Heartwarming ending, very hot erotic scenes and a plot that gets really tense towards the latter half.
until the final arc wherein it became confusing. Some events that were treated as hallucinations actually did happen and this lead to the final two chapters being a mess in terms of plot. Still, I'd give it a 7/10 because of the art and because most of the manga was good with only the final part detracting the entire experience.
