I loved this manhwa and I’ve read it 3 times already.

Rather than based on reincarnation, it is focused on redemption.
Elise was Elise but initially she acted like a bitch, was found guilty and issued the death penalty by her husband/ ML, reincarnated in an orphan in modern Korea, where she studies and becomes a renowned doctor but during a plane crash she returns again (long before she died) and redeems them by behaving well, helping with medicine.
Many events are carried out well considering that she already knows many events (for example how her brother dies) and helps by giving advice and opinions.
Reading is beautiful and never boring.
The length (143 chapters) is perfect for this story.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Perhaps the only thing I would have liked to see are any children between FL and ML.
Even the situation of the last chapter where the girl (who before was Elise) goes meets a guy who looks like the ML would have been nice to see her developed, even if that minimum just one or two chapters...

I really enjoyed the design.
I don’t feel like giving a higher score of 8.5 because in my opinion there are Manhwa/Manhua/Manga that have more delicate stories and that deal with topics that few dare.
Here at the end of the day is always the question of the villain who has a second chance (or who himself goes back in time or a person takes his place knowing that he is a villain) and redeems himself.

The Series is about Elise, who gets reincarnated with her memories intact. Twice. Originally a bitchy type character who gets burned at a stake reincarnates into the future. Realizing that her actions in the past made her you know a total bitch she decides to pursue medicine this time. To save the lives that she couldn't save before. Now she has become a successful Doctor in this time. But when going on a plane it crashes or whatever and she has been transported back into her own life. So 2nd time she's been reincarnated. 3rd time she's reliving her life. Now determined to not be the bitch. She's gonna live her life properly this time.

The series has a big Vanderohe's saw problem. To those who have seen Army of Dead know what I'm talking about. It's the opposite of Chekhov's gun trope. They keep teasing stuff but never pay it off. Some examples include the Love Triangle between 2 people but 3 characters. The vague ass powers the male lead has. The bad guy promising to commit revenge. Her parents in the modern world. And various other shit. Why did the male lead Execute her? And all that other shit.

They also keep mentioning how bad and horrible of a women she was. But literally I can only recall one actual bad thing she did. Majority of it was elementary school bullying. like Putting a frog on someone's lap, Making shit tea. Ruining someone's clothes. These are bad things yeh. But like Execution worthy? Come on.... Again the only thing that is literally implied not even properly shown is that she is hurting someone's father right in front of his daughter. But like we don't see anything. Its very short. Cuz we had more depth to what she actually did that might add some depth to the character. Add a whole new dynamic. But that requires actual skill and talent to pull off, so instead the author is gonna go the easy route and just skip all the bad shit and skip the redemption arc and just make her into a sympathetic character that is capable of holding her own webtoon series.

Another Issue I have is that the Doctor Moments are very boring. The main theme is her becoming one of a kind Doctor. The best of the best. But she goes through no trials. Not even the classic, *she's just a women type*. I mean I'm glad thats the case It would be boring and Ultra predictable instead of the super predictable it is now. Regardless she doesn't go through that much pain and punishment. She's just done it all already. They are a total of 4 surgery that are actually exciting. 1 of them had big potential drama to it. But you know the author is a pussy there is a perfect solution for every scenario.

There is some action in this series as well. But I found the more anti-climatic moments to be more hilarious tbh. Like in one scene the male lead gives the female lead a gun and so he can duel a guy she shoots him lmao. That was funny. Sadly they aren't that many scenes in the manhwa. MMC's power's are also very vague and are literally there to be plot convivence. Oh you are stuck in an incredibly specific situation? Don't worry the powers that the male lead has that is never explained will fix it all.

The setting is also a bit confusing, but I'm willing to forgo that since the inclusion of magic and what not (or really advanced technology. Like I said powers are vague as fuck).

In the end the series is disappointing. I was told to not give up on Isekai/Villainess series If I read this series since it isn't the best. It is however still disappointing.

I will talk about some of the things I did like the main romance between the male lead and female lead. However there was 90 chapters of filler in there for no apparent reason. So... Whatever I guess.

In the end should you read the series. Well Its not bad. The art is nice I liked the dress designs, and I like how the abs of the male lead point to his penis. that's what it felt like Every time he had a shirtless scene.

I thought the beginning was really good. The heroine is awesome and she defies expectations. It's just exciting to see what cool thing she'll do next. It's also nice that romance isn't the only focus. If I judged this off the first 50 chapters, I'd give it an 8 or 9, but this started to lose steam in the middle. I'm on chapter 102 and I feel like the story has been essentially wrapped up. Not really sure where else the story can go from here, but I don't think I care to find out. I'm not a fan of dragging things out past the core plot, but maybe I'm wrong and the ending is super awesome.

Also, I got super confused by the random introduction of magic partway through. I didn't even realize it was that kind of story. It felt irrelevant.

This reincarnation manga started out with strong plot. An intelligent doctor reincarnated to the body of a villanous pretty woman. Like any typical reincarnation manga, she change her attitude for the better to the point that she was recognized as one of the best medics in that world.

But the author started dragging her intelligence as pointed by other commenter as Martyr Mary Sue And Know-it-All. And bec she's a Mary Sue, you'll expect every handsome royal men to fawn
at her.

Speaking of men, they are all hot, sexy and handsome but bland. The Male MC is your typical sadistic man with a rather pitiful background who tormented the FMC to death, for unknown real reason aside from the one sided POV of the FMC. Of course, his attitude changes(?) in this new world (we can already see his POV). The next Man was the revengeful bro for no apparent reason (as of now) aside from not being a crown prince. The other man was a genius doctor who's just there.

Overall, the manga has potential as long as the author will not make the FMC a Mary Sue. To let her focus on her work as a great doctor and maybe a future empress.

Don't take it TOO seriously... It's a fluffy light read w/ 110+ chapters

If you don't pay too much attention to the corny medical details, this story has some upsides. Having such a capable, kind, lovely, and smart heroine is such a breath of fresh air. Having no cat fights between different ladies is another plus. The series doesn't just end when the main pairing finally kiss. For once, the female character is anything but a crybaby, and crucial plot points don't fall on the men. The main characters are considerate of each others' feelings, and are willing to eventually confess their love freely. She reminds me of a more feminine Mulan. She may be frail, but she's got a lion's spirit. This series subverts a lot of the toxic tropes typically found in a shoujo series, and I welcome this change.

While there are definitely narrative inconsistencies with the story, this manwha is important as a whole. This series is a wholesome role model for girls, even if a lot of the details are pretty unrealistic. The MC is too perfect, and everything goes too smoothly... Although her accomplishments are extremely luck-driven, the takeaway of the story is to be kind, loving, and dedicated to helping those around us. And that's always a good lesson to be reminded of.

Was alright in the beginning, but forgets it's premise and horrible world building.

It starts off with her bringing medical knowledge and revolutionizing the field of medicine. It basically follows through several historical events like epidemics and other medical events in our history spun to fit their fantasy world. Which is kinda cool.

However, the world-building is very inconsistent. For instance, she's a surgeon so it's required that antibiotics exist (and thus was "invented" by someone else in fantasy past) otherwise you couldn't do a modern surgery. However, the medical professions of the time while acknowledging antibiotics, also believe diseases are caused by Miasma instead of Bacteria. That doesn't actually work out. Then theirs an epidemic that can be cured via antibiotics, but everyone conveniently forgets it exists so that they can go detective John Snow on it.

The world build is all over the place and falls apart the longer the story progresses. Then at one point Magic suddenly exist because why not. Then stupid things like miss perfect decide to do open heart surgery on a non-urgent patient while she's sick with a fever because also why not. Then I guess the author realizing that he's not a doctor throws out the entire medical premise and it becomes a pretty boring romance story.

Honestly, it was ok until he ran out of ideas, introduced magic and turned it to a very generic romance.

I had typed up a long comment, but then stupidly changed pages without saving so now it's all gone. So.

Not retyping, great in the beginning, but then MC became a bit mary-sue-ish with a martyr complex and I don't care anymore. Toss in a reverse harem sort of thing (though one upside is that the men are more mature than most reverse harems and know when to push and concede) and now at ch100 political fighting. gah.

art is super pretty though.

I actually rather like this one

This story is set in an alternative universe during the Crimean War (called “Crimm” in the comic), with the male lead in the role of Queen Victoria (but genderswapped sort of) and the female lead as a sort of Florence Nightingale. The female lead has lived this life before but was a horrible person and was executed. She learned to be a doctor during her second life in Korea as a way of atoning. But when she dies in Korea, she is able to return to her previous life to live it again.

There are a few things that could be better in this comic (the costumes can be terribly inaccurate, even for an alternate world setting). But I really like how this highly intelligent character is unable to overcome her preconceptions about what will happen in this life. Unlike many isekai leads, she remembers this life and remembers her execution and painful life with the prince. Her attempts to avoid that life make sense to me. She fears becoming that person again even though it is clear to everyone that she is nothing like that woman anymore. She is unable to see how much she had changed things since her self image has not caught up to reality.

I do agree that Elise can often be too perfect, but her abilities as a surgeon aren’t the actual conflict in this story and don’t need to be creating tension, so it doesn’t interfere with the plot.

Overall I find this story quirky and enjoyable.
