Mucha Kucha Daisuki => it was unexpected and very touchy.

Way too many to list, but some good endings that come from the top of my mind is Negative Happy Chain Saw Edge and Death Note. Me-Teru no Kimochi and Ichigo 100% are also good romance endings: short, meaningful,[reasonable], and to the point.

I am generally pleased with the endings of manga, but my favorite endings are usually from Setona Mizushiro. Even when she rips your heart out I still like what she does with a story.

Meh CG got a bit weak about mid second season IMO.
And DN should've ended with L.
Tengen Toppan Guren Lagan had a great ending.
I'm also waiting to see how they handle Gundam 00, if they continue as they are it's going to be pretty epic.

Others of worthy note would have to be 20th Century Boys (Covers 21st Century Boys by association,)
Bio Meat not a dazzling ending, but very good for the series' end.
Lastly, Uzumaki, that ending made quite the impression (it was sweet in its own way.)

(Edit: Though not read, but watched, GunGrave had an extremely good finish.)

I noticed many people say they love the ending of Death Note. I must say I personally HATE IT. I mean Light dying was a proper and only ending for the story but why did they have to trash him so badly? 😔 If only he would keep his composure and die being cold bastard he ever was I'd love it.

ichigo 100% was the polar opposite for me. Seriously loved the series, but few things have pissed me off as much as the ending.

For best anime endings I've seen, I'd say:
Code Geass
Kannazuki no Miko
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
Cowboy Bebop
and maybe School Days

It's harder for me to pick manga endings, as I've read so few manga to completion, and the few I have read, have had kinda rough endings that I didn't entirely like. For now, all I can say for sure is Shin Angyo Onshi.

It'd be far easier to list the worst endings I've seen.
