i like series where their are situations where theirs a lot of drama around fight scenes and injuries and stuff like that.

I don't like series like Bleach and One Piece where its just fight fight slash slash bleed bleed and yet they get wrapped up in bandages and the problem is fixed with no consequences. I guess i just like fight scenes that have a more real feel to them in terms of injuries and whatnot, which most seinen have, but i also like fantasy, supernatural since they add an exciting twist to the fight scenes

its kinda hard to explain but here are a few series that i liked that and examples of dramatic fighting scenes or scenarios and stuff
Naruto - Naruto's got the kyuubi in him and the seal is breaking and he gets freeky amount of power from it
Psyren - it has a real feel to the fight scenes as far as danger/injuries go
Soul Eater - there are many fight scenes where their is a lot of drama around the dangers in battles

If you know what im talking about, and know of some good recommendations, i'm all ears 🙂

what about the good ol' Berserk

besides if you liked Psyren, you should read gantz as it was mentioned above, perhaps you may also like Jackals, this last one anyways hasn't advanced much in the translating

all of those sound pretty good and i've added a bunch to my wishlist so i can read them once i've caught up with claymore.
i never watched the anime, but i did read elfen lied and it was ok, wasn't a fan of the over the top goreness though
also im reading Id and i love it 😀

I liked Elfen Lied, but if you ask me it didn't need so much gore to be good, and coul've done without it.
