i can go into great detail of why i think he was, but its been awhile since i read the manga. all i can say is that if 3 beautiful girls were really interested in me, i wouldn't be an idiot.

Fansubs and Scanslations are the best! But when official releases come out, support the anime industry by purchasing your favorite series! (Geneon -R.I.P, Central Media Park - get well soon, ADV Manga - you're back from the dead?!)

you could say the guy from love hina, but atleast he mainly had his mind made up about which girl during most of the manga.

Well, at least he ended up with someone in the end. My vote would have to go to Tenchi Masaki. The guy is surrounded by women and doesn't do anything but lead all of them on.

I would normally say Manaka from Ichigo 100 but since watching School Days, it has to be Makoto. Just like what blakraven said, he got what he deserved! The ending is probably the creepiest I have seen.

Did Ranma chose Akane in the manga? Im pretty sure he did not choose any in the anime and the ending sucks too. Pretty disappointing for over 150+ eps. anime.

hmm true, nothing ever got accomplished in that series, even with the ryo-ohki ova's, which were suppose to be the true sequel to the original tenchi muyo series. but it doesnt seem like hes even interested in a relationship, what an idiot haha. and actually, if he picked a girl, im pretty sure one of the other girls would just leave. i dont think i can come up with a satisfying ending for that series

also! can someone just post a quick summary of the ending of school days with the spoiler warning format? i dont plan on finishing it. i stopped watching after like the 2nd episode cuz i already knew from teh back of my mind that it would be painful to watch with the idiot main character, and it seems i was right lol.
