Best Josei

Fujiwara Kaoru: Vampire Girl is really good. She has also written a bunch of short story collections which aren't quite as good, but can be interesting: Fetish, Paradise, A Story of Long Ago, and Withdrawal Love
She is my favorite josei mangaka and her art is just beautiful! I loved all her stories even the oneshots were great. i wonder why did she stopped releasing 🙁 .
And pretty much all non-shounen-ai titles from YUMEKA Sumomo. I know most of them are marked as shoujo, but they are josei in my opinion.

I agree with a lot of things that have been mentioned here 🙂
I really like Paradise Kiss and Erica Sakurazawa's works, too
I would add : Mari Okazaki - Suppli and Sweat&Honey
Yoshino Aki - Yuru Koi
Takane Yonetai - Love Drops
Mitsuki Oda - Real Love (it's a one shot but really nice)
Nodame Cantabile is nice but it's kind of like shoujo for me ^^;

Nana it was my first josei manga and i fell in love with josei ever since, shoujo is so predictable and it started to irritate me.Also i think haou airen (even though its not techinally josei but it should be)

I really hope more people start reading this webcomic cus it's really underrated but it's brilliant! The art is great and the story is definitely gripping!
READ IT EVERYONE!

I would say 7 seeds. It's an awesome josei and also Kuragehime.

I used to not be very into it, but I'm excited about all the great josei I've stumbled across this past year or so.

Well, YEAH! I really like this one, and they stopped releasing it 🙁 at least in English. This webcomic is really great, I love "watching" the conversations and situations between 2 main protagonists. I wish the translators would continue it
Also, I second Kuragehime 🙂

I really liked Spicy Pink. If I remember correctly, it was my first josei manga.

I am totally in love with Kuragehime. I skimmed the summary so many times, but then I actually read it. one of the funniest mangas I've ever read, with that bit of romance that makes you squeal.

My choice of josei is kind-of different:
1)Olimpos
2) Hyakki Yakoushou
3) Karneval
4) Petshop of Horrors
5)Aruosumente
6)Saver
7) Amatsuki
8) 07-Ghost
9) Are You Alice?
10) +C: Sword and Cornett
