The World God Only Knows. Even though Keima is just acting (partially?), he's just so sweet to the girls. ^^
I don't like harem manga in general, really...the only other one I like in particular is Shina Dark, though I dropped that after a while...

The World God Only Knows isn't really a harem per sé, since a harem develops fairly late into the recent chapters, and even then it isn't anything too big.

try Denpa kyoushi, the protagonist are very alike..
I also recommend Rosario vampire and Rosario season 2.

Gun to my head, I would choose Love Hina
I got into anime/manga trying to find a harem better than that obviously flawed series, and all other harems were either of the same quality or worse.
