I am trying to find a good shounen. What I am looking for is for the main character to get stronger as the story goes on and not for the person be the same strength throughout the entire story. I can not stand though when the person wins a battle when they obviously should have been creamed. Some animes/mangas I have read/watched in the past include Naruto, Full Metal Alchemist, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hajime no Ippo, Hikaru no go, Hunter x Hunter, Yugioh (though I feel ashamed to admit it XD), and I think a couple more but I can't think of them at the moment. I appreciate it if you could help me try to find one that you would believe I would like.

Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn! is one of the best shounen animes/mangas I've watched/read.

The hero gets stronger thoughout the story as well. 😀 Very cool stuff.
