I don't do anything. I don't care. I have scars all over my hands though. >.> Cooking bacon is dangerous.

Although, I must admit, taking the extra hot grease and pouring it on peoples toes when they're annoying you is pretty fun.

freakin' sadist. I'd hate to see what you'll do to your husband if you get married.

ya know, ya should really keep that talk, in either a PM or The 18+ section....

even tho, so many of the people that post there aren't even 18....

curse at myself 🤢 and continue cooking.

once i tried to cool my hand first and i was almost burning the house.

one of the reasons why i cook rarely. though i may be clumsy but i cook good. 😃

if its a small burn i might not notice. ive been burnt so many times at my last work, ive gotten used to it.

any bigger, then i will swear, run it under cold water

any bigger, then i swear, run it under cold water, put cream on and wrap in clingfilm

any bigger, then i scream, swear, run it under cold water and ice, put cream on, wrap in clingfilm and go to minor injuries

...ive been burnt alot 🤨

yes.. I accidentally burn my wrist when the steel pasta strainer was overheated from the heat on the cooking stove and it accidentally touched my skin.

It left a U-shaped burn mark on my wrist and my friend thought it was self-inflicted!

Wipe the grease off and resume cooking. I've been cooking since I was 12, so burns aren't that big of a deal, but they are a rare occurrence.

I'll swear, then wipe it off on a towel or something and then put cold water on it. 😀

I'd go "SHIT." and then run to sink and run cold water over it.

I don't have to cook often and I've never burnt myself while cooking

EDIT: Well there was this once...but that was a long time ago. What I did was put ice on it and waited a whole summer for it to heal 😀

Putting ice on it is actually bad, because the cold can further damage your skin. 😔

Cool water is good, though.
