also, have you tried doing a genre search of "gender benders" + "shounen-ai" with "at least one releases" ?

yep, i think i read almost every manga of that kind....yeah i have no life. I also read just about every yaoi that is worth reading.

I hope I can help you! No Bra is about a guy turned on a girl (not phisycally) and his childhood friend, who didn't know of the change and stuff. It's somewhat boring, but is not that bad at all.
After School Nightmare is very good. It's about a guy with both sexes who have two loves interests, a girl and another guy, and is divided between the two. It's more symbolical, although, so, I don't know if it's what you're really looking for.
