I'd probably call the police...If I have my cellphone on me, if not then I'd probably ignore it, because by trying to save someone the thugs can jump me, and I certainly don't want them to do that.
Although, I don't like getting involved in things like that... it's just too tiresome. =___=

By the time the police got their, the thugs would be done with their business. If it was only one or two guys/girls and if I had anything that could be used as a weapon, so much as a pen, I would start screaming and rush in (damn I wish I could have a video of me doing that). More then three though, I prolly couldn't handle o_O. Then I would a) scream fire and run away to call the police or b) Call police, take pics then get the hell outta there.

Third. Actually, any distraction would be good since the police wouldn't possibly come quick enough to save to person from any harm.
