Gosh, Hot Blooded Woman is the only one I can think of on the spot.

Girl the Wild's i think is Shounen, but it has multiple protagonist. The girls are badass, they're really strong and professionals at martial arts, really good manhwa 😀

Miriam might work. She's definitely tough! It's an older manga and there's a large age gap between the love interests. I was hesitant at first because I'm not a big fan of huge age gaps, but the author pulled it off well.
