Ultimate Venus might qualify. Technically it's her grandmother who's her guardian, but there's this bodyguard/butler guy who's heavily involved in supervising her as well.

In Hanatsuki Hime the girl loves her secretly-demon-who-must-kill-her guardian that's taken care of her ever since she was a baby. The art is gorgeous, too. 🙂
