I'm looking for some ecchi/harem/shounen or seinen series with romance similar to Pastel, Umi no Misaki, Open sesame and yubi saki milk tea...
I'm pretty open with new series but there are few condition that the series should have:
#1 Series must have at least 5 volumes long or 20+ chapters (at least 2 vols have been released or scanlated) and continuous. This means no one-shots and too episodic - like 1 chapter = 1 totally contained story just same characters (Boys Be for example). I'm open to new series if it satisfy the 2nd condition.
#2 Series must either be active (1+ release/scanlation per month) or completed. I don't like waiting for 6months per chapter. If it's a new series (less than 10 chap released), it should have at least 1 release per 2 weeks.
#3 No excessive comedy, tragedy or action (like Negima, Love Hina or other harem comedy). A little is fine but not enough to make it a comedy series. I'd say Gacha Gacha is a comedy/romance so it's a no.

if you love Umi No Misaki, you should try Kimi No Iru Machi. They're both wonderful romantic manga

Watashitachi no Tamura-kun is a really good one.
Onani Master Kurosawa is really weird but good. It ended differently then I would have wanted but I still think it was a good ending. I liked it.
Ai Yori Aoshi is good too. It has an anime made of it, but the manga is better and a little longer too.
Ayu Mayu is a good read. Its about two girls who might be this one guys sister. But only one is, its basically a better version of Please Twins!.
Suzuka Is one of my favorite manga. The story is really good and it also has an anime. I recommend you watch the anime up till the point where it ends, than read the manga the rest of the way. The anime only goes like 1/3 of the total way if not less.
These are my main suggestions, they are all finished. Maybe Onani Master Kurosawa is not for you if you want light hearted romance, the rest should be fine though.
Complete:
Chobits
DearS
Parallel same mangaka as Pastel.
Watashitachi no Tamura-kun I second it.
Inumimi maybe
Midori no Hibi maybe
Happy World! maybe
I'd have said other ones, but I fear to suggest something too comedic. If you need others, I'll try though.
Between the ongoing ones, only Toradora! comes to my mind, but probably is too comedy (20 chapters out).
