Oh question... in any of the manga or anime has sasuke ever really showed any sense of liking to sakura?
That highly depends on how you interpret things. I say not really, but I'm sure many Sakura Sasuke fans would argue that's not so.

i doubt sakaura is this smart but maybe sakura knew that naruto will react that way and probably said that to help him focus on something else. knowing naruto even if sakura said it out of pity he will still consider it.
anyway i can't wait for the ninja war to start and i hope it is as good at the one piece war between whitebeard pirates and the marines and shichibukai.

That's what I'm skeptical about. How can it be labeled a "war" when it's essentially 3 guys (Madara, Kisame, and the plant dude whose name I forgot) and some brats (i.e., team Hawk or Snake or whatever the hell their name is now) against 5 hidden villages. Even with 7 of the bijuu on Madara's side, given how easily they were taken down by Akatsuki, it still seems like a completely lop sided battle. Granted, Pein essentially took down Konoha singlehandedly (save for the deus ex machina otherwise known as Naruto), but I cannot see a weakened Madara (who has so far run from every match he's been in), a plant guy, and Kisame each pulling off something like that.

Mandora will probably hire some of the smaller villages with promises of power

I ship 'em and still think the furthest you can stretch it is Sasuke acknowledging the possibility of a relationship (while he's attacking Sakura, so it doesn't count for anything.) The best you get is Sasuke acknowledging she's one of the important people in his life. Though if Kishimoto's playing the whole Naruto friendship card as key to redemption, he could fit Sakura in as the side point.

but I really dislike how she totally ignores how naruto feels about sasuke
Same, but I think this is a direct consequence of Sai and the crew trying to hammer it in that Naruto's doing it all for her. She's letting the promise cloud her judgment.

I think akatsuki's already got some mercenaries working for it, and there's a whole population that's not actually part of the ninja villages but still living in the countries. They could in theory be pulled in, or the alliance between the villages could breakdown along the way and lead to a war. (or internal wars if the villages decide to rebel against their leaders. Kishimoto could make a compelling case for an ANBU/regular ninja else civil war, though I doubt he'll go down that route.)
