How do you rate manga?

10- absolutely wonderfully-good, it stole my heart
9-pretty good, but not I have your heart qualtiy
8- so far so good, but not GREAT
7- It could have been better, it's missing a lot/etc
6- not so great but not horrible either, just so-so
5-bad, why did I read this
4- this is pretty horrible, I shouldn't have read it
3- The worst I read, waste of my time, out of my sight I say~
2- horrible, I don't even want to hear about this thing
1- so bad that it gives me stress and headaches, someone please blow this crap up, erase it's existence from the world.
I don't really bother to rate a manga that is below a 8 in my standards. Excluding that horrible manga that I rated a one on, and I never ever ever rated a manga as a one before.
I rate by plot quality NOT art.

All of my ratings are based on overall experience. In other words if it was entertaining enough from beginning to end. How my mood was after I finished it does have play a role in my ratings. (Art normally doesn't have a factor in it, unless it's really bad.)
10.- Wonderfully perfect. Great story, great ending, *something I want to reread as soon as I finished it.
9.- Almost perfect. Great story but the ending wasn't good enough.
8.- Good. There were a few things lacking story wise. Or the ending was so bad that instead of getting a 10 or 9 it got an 8. (Bad enough to drop to an 8 only if it didn't leave a bad aftertaste.)
7.- Slightly better than average. Meh it was a decent read, but not the best.
6.- Average. Meh it was okay.
5.- A little less than average. Meh it's not the worst thing I read.
4.- Borderline bad. Also for manga that has a collection of oneshots, and only one was great, but the rest were terrible.
3.- Only read if you're bored. Okay enough to get through, but not worth the time.
2.- Has one redeeming quality. (Art, decent characters, or just that I was able to finish it without hating it)
1.- Dreadful. I'm so pissed off reading this garbage. I truly despise this manga. These are the manga I wish I never read. The ones where the ending was so bad the anger lingers. A manga that ruined my day.
- It takes me a long time to reread something.
Note - There are manga that I like more that I gave a lower rating.
Example: Butakai Ouji to 100 Kai no Kiss I gave a 10, but I would still prefer reading Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou which I gave a 9.5
I favor Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou more , but won't give it that 10 because of the ending.
For collections of oneshots.
If there's 5 stories I would take the rating of what I would give the best one, and subtract one or two point from each bad one.
Ex.
Ch.1 bad 4
Ch.2 bad 4
Ch.3 okay 7
Ch.4 great 8
Ch.5 terrible. 2
The score would end up a 3, mostly due to the last story being terrible. Otherwise it may have just been a 5 or 4.
Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos

10 - perfect (have yet to meet one).
9 - on my list of all-time favorite manga.
8 - pretty good, worth rereading.
7 - average good.
6 - not that good, but readable.
5 - borderline putting it down.
4 - not that good.
3 - skimmed after a while.
2 - skimmed most of it.
1 - record-breaking awful.
Most common rating is 7; I only rate manga I complete, and anything 6 or lower I'm likely to not finish. I encounter a 9 once every few months.

I usually use the ratings 10, 5 and 1, depends on the story itself if i like it or not ..
so it'll be like this:
10 = Excellent
5 = Acceptable
1 = Totally Boring

Hmm this is kind of difficult.. >:-(
10 - A touching story and art where each chapter is perfectly done in hilarious or horrific way
9 - The end is somehow epic and stunning
8 - Rereadable as many time as it may be
7 - Simple usual story yet could bring tears or excitement
6 - Quantity over quality (The art is done well however the story is lacking in many parts)
5 - Average story and art since it doesn't have anything particular but worth your time
4 - Well.. as long as it have a moral value, why not?
3 - At first the story have a great plot and look kind of serious or amusing but gradually turned into just a plain fan service (ex:freezing and other works by lim dal young, sry 4 the fans b4 if I hurt your feelings)
2 -Horrible, neither funny nor touching just a waste of time
1 -Everything listed as "yuri/shoujo ai" "yaoi/shounen ai" "futanari" and so on other things related to that but might change my mind if it have a decent plot
