can anyone recommend me a shoujo romance-comedy manga with female protagonist that have cool/manly/gentleman/chivalric characteristic (?? if that makes sense)

Not exactly a Shoujo but... Samurai High school

Something more traditionally shoujo would be Otonari Complex.

Also, Gekkan shoujo Nozaki-kun and Oresama Teacher by my favourite author - Tsubaki Izumi
