Yama Fu-Tang! This is the seminal androgynous bishie! I mean, if I wanted something to illustrate the epitome of what I was looking for in this thread, this boy would be it. It's also kind of... ridiculous how he for some reason has an erection or what looks like one in front of a room full of grizzly old men who might potentially kill him, but, uh, oh well. O__O;

This is swiftly turning into another I-can't-believe-this-is-shounen title. 😛 Unless the purpose of the incredibly beautiful androgynous bishie is to arouse the male readers? Because, uh, I think he definitely arouses the other male characters in the manga, and when he's got his clothes on, he does pass for a stunningly beautiful girl. Thank goodness he's kickass enough to spontaneously throttle/castrate potential "suitors"... (Damn it!)

Lol, most of my recc's have already been said so I'm just going to throw one out there. I might come back with more later.

Anyway, you should definately try D-ASH, the main character is really cute, has had sex with 100+ girls and even has a gay guy who likes him. He also kinda has a baby-face. I thought it was a pretty interesting manga, though he may not be the insanely beautiful type you're looking for XD

EDIT: Before I get accused of shota-con, the first few chapters skip through time, so only the first couple are in elementary school. Most of the series is highschool-college 8D

I was just looking through my lists for all the 'male-oriented' manga I read, and suddenly remembered this thread. I'm not really into the bishounen thing (even though I'm a girl- weird, huh?), but I thought I'd add something of my own choosing.

Kagerou Nostalgia - I'm surprised this hasn't already been mentioned.
Torikago Gakkyuu - Amazingly pretty art for a shounen.
Pandora Hearts sort of counts, right? People are always mistaking it for a shoujo / josei anyway.
Kamui - The demographic of this one keeps getting switched between shounen, seinen and shoujo, so I'm not sure if it counts.
Albaroze no Neko - From the one, very short chapter that has been scanned, I have to say this has a very unique style of art; if not pretty, at least really cool.
Brothers (NARUSE Yoshiki) - The two guys on the cover aren't really all that, but then again, they're not the protagonists. The two main characters and most of the supporting ones count as bishounen (I think ^^).
Tactics - Kantarou looks like a kid, but Haruka is widely accepted (by readers and in the manga itself) as been 'devilishly handsome'.
Kamiyama from Goth should fit.
