There's liek 3-4 (cant remember) separate stories in the manga
and Two of the stories have heroins being sold off to the Doll prostitute house.

One girl was sold off to the house when she was quite young.
The other girl had this "Doll-like trance" and all cracked up cuz she was raped by her step father and step brother (since childhood) and she was sold off to that brothel...
