The Wallflower (Perfect Girl Evolution) - though I think the later volumes are a bit slow.

Definitely try History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi and Seto no Hanayome. Both have boatloads of comedy and some romance.

Well, so far the only comedy one I've remember reading is Yakitate! Japan, I laugh so hard when reading this manga. It is great, though it is not a romance, but more of a I cook manga and adventure I think.

Hayate no gotoku! i think it's one of the funniest ones i've read 🙂 though u have to read quite a lot of other mangas and animes to really understand the jokes
