I am looking for gender bender manga where the protagonist is a girl and dresses up as a guy. However I don't want anyone to know she is a girl. For example, in Ouran Koukou Host Bu the main characters all know she is secretly a girl, that's not the type of story I want. I want to read something where no one realizes she is a girl, or where at least the majority of the main cast don't realize it. Also it does not have to be limited to manga, I will read webtoons, light novels, manhwa, manga, etc. And I don't mind genre as long as the main character is a girl disguised as a guy.

Umi no Cradle

I really love these types.

Basara is one of my favorites. MC spends the entire story leading a rebellion after assuming the identity of her brother. Nearly everyone is oblivious/chooses not to see it. It's really long, but a total classic and compelling storyline.

Hanazakari no Kimitachi e involves a girl disguising herself to get into an all boys' school to get closer to her crush. Only 1 or 2 people know about it until the end. Pretty funny and well worth the read.

Love In The Mask I read this one a really long time ago, so I can't recall the details. MC works as a bodyguard (disguised as a dude, obviously) and struggles with falling in love with a guy. It's a manhwa, also a bit on the longer side.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise I'm not sure how well this fits bc I can't remember if a lot of people know or not. But again, MC has mad good fighting skills & lives as a guy. The author also wrote Skip Beat if you're familiar with it ^^

Thanks for all the suggestions! I already read Basara and Tokyo Crazy Paradise, both interesting to read, as for Hanazakari no Kimitachi e I started it awhile ago but I didn't want to finish it since the main guy already found out in the first few chapters. Haven't read Love in the Mask though, It looks interesting, I think I may read it!
