I am looking for a manga that revolves around friendship. Something that involves friends circle and their individual lives. Some romance could be in the plot too but I don't want it to be the whole story. Something like honey and clover; it involves love but it mainly revolves around the circle of friends.
It would also be nice if it's a school or college manga.

Kimi ni Todoke although it's romance, friendship and making friends is still one of the main issues here for Sawako
Fairy Tail it's all about friendship, not leaving each other behind and being your friends' support.
Rockin' Heaven maybe?
Sasameki Koto girl on girl though... but I think it's just mild. That's in the anime though...

anything shounen, maybe? because shounen manga is all about friendship, THE spirit of a man (I think), and not giving up.

Totally seconding Get Backers - the friendship between the characters is so touching that it makes me feel almost tearful at times...But unfortunately, this doesn't have any kind of school-life setting.
Hunter x Hunter , Black Cat , Game x Rush , Gin no Yuusha , di(e)ce , +Anima - Same as above.
Kimi to Boku , Flower of Life - Peaceful and comedic school-life stories.
15: Meisetsu Kougyou Koukou Rugby Bu , Junjou Karen na Oretachi da! , Ookiku Furikabutte , Ace of the Diamond , Saikyou! Toritsu Aoizaka Koukou Yakyuubu - School-life on the side, but sports is the main focus.

Himitsu no Kaidan , Satou Kashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai - The shoujo-ai vibe is so mild you can ignore it easily; so don't worry if you dislike GL.
