Yozakura Quartet(Kinda)
KuroKami...
Any genre is okay as long as it is not Yaoi/Yuri

Here's some seinen

Kaijuu no Kodomo more modern then supernatural in this one, but it's an incredible manga.

Witches another fantastic manga from the same mangaka as the above.

Parasyte its technically sci fi but if you pretend the aliens are magical creatures it should all work out.

Inugami its like Parasyte except you it actually does have magical creatures.
