I've been reading yaoi for 2 months now and i think I've read all the high rated BL mangas listed here in MU..I'm asking for recommendations that are under rated that you think are really good..any suggestions is fine..also if i've missed anything in high rated ones that you think i must read please tell me..you can just look at my list..

oh also i've read all the long ones though you won't find it at my list.

I never keep track of any manga by rate but Nanadome no Gomenne, for one reason or another, I remember it got a handful of bad reviews and it still made a very strong impression on me (I don't suppose it's underrated though, 6-something...).

Also, from your list here are some I noticed you haven't read:
Koujitsusei no Tobira (really good)
Akiyama-kun (a gem)
≠ - Not Equal (something out of this world)
Under Grand Hotel (kinky and cruel, do not know a single person who doesn't love it).

I did notice you've read Yoneda Kou. Well, most of her doujinshis are great but they seem to be quite neglected, at least as far as reviews go. I'll definitely recommend Crows ZERO dj - Borderless though. It has a user rating of 9.1 (just checked), yet with 87 votes only. And it's so freaking awesome 😀

I haven't taken a look at your list but I will give you some of my favorite manga that I think are under rated.

First off I am going to say ANYTHING by Miyamoto Kano~ I mean her popular ones like Hydra/Rules and Not/Love are good but her other ones like Sleeping Moon are great too! I am SOOOOO Excited that Sleeping Moon got licensed! I pre-ordered it as soon as I found out.

Other than that I would say...
UGH like MirayAllen said as well as other works by Sadahiro Mika like Pathos
Ike Reibun has some great ones too like Bi no Isu and the sequel. And Yes PLEASE read Not Equal it is in my top 3 favorite yaoi!
If you like Cut by Kawai Touko then you will love Bond(z) as well as Just Around the Corner.
The Sky Over My Spectacles is a great one too!

Shisei no Otoko, score on MAL: 7.34 and here, MU: 7.8. It's underrated in my opinion, since I think this manga deserves a 10. Also, Aishiteru (Fujitani Youko), 7.76 on MAL and it deserves 10 or something close to MU rating: 8.4. 🙂
Oh yes, I also really like Bara no Hitomi wa Bakudan and his rating on MAL is 7.19. Here on MU it has 7.8 and I think is close to my score: 8/8.5.

I just have to mention Corsair since I think it's amazing and yet a lot of people are hating on it. I just simply cannot understand them. It's amazing both in art and plot in my opinion.
Also Jazz! It is unbelievebly underrated >.<
