I am looking for something that hints at BL(boys love), but there is no actual romantic love between them. They could be really close and be really important to each other, but not have a romantic relationship. I want the "couple" to be the main characters.
Here are a few examples of what I mean:
Fai x Kurogane - Tsubasa Chronicle
Takara x Kiyomine - Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike! ...though in this one the couple might actually like each other...like 'that'.
Florian x Noir - Gorgeous Carat
Ciel x Sebastian - Kuroshitsuji
Miharu x Yoite - Nabari no Ou
Touya x Yuki - Cardcaptor Sakura
Tooru x Yuujirou - Princess Princess

Some of the ones listed were not main characters, but I was just using them as examples of the kind of relationship I want between the couple. I want to see the sort of couple that you would find fanfictions, mmvs (just ask if you don't know what this is), and/or amvs (if it were an anime) with them as a couple. Hmmm... Well a lot of manga have those sort of undertones, heh.

But I would have to go with Shiki because of the relationship between Natsuno and Tooru, as well as Ohzaki and Muroi.

Other than that a lot of Higuri You's stuff has very implicit shounen-ai, as well as Yuki Kaori's.

There's nothing slashable about Shiki!!! No, really, if you're reading it for the BL hints (not) present, I suggest you don't bother. But the story itself is pretty good, and is the only vampire manga that didn't bore me to death (probably 'cause it doesn't have any vampire x human romance ^^). So check it out if you like supernatural with a slight touch of horror, but please don't expect anything on the slash front.

Thank you very much!^^ I really tend to dll only BL and slash due to my limited harddrive storage so I'd skip Shiki then. I still can't get enough of BL manga/anime so I don't search other genres by now. 😉
