Well, IIRC, I think Jinki: Extend (anime) had a green-haired girl that ran a mech. I saw that and Parallel Dual back to back, so I'm running their storylines together, and I'm not sure which did what anymore. (It was around a year ago I saw them.) Maybe it was one of those.
