I almost only read romance stuff and everything that isn't rated is stuff that I started fairly recently, usually because it came out recently...

I'm really loving Mairimashita, Senpai as it is pretty unique low drama without the slow romance.

Shitsuji-tachi no Chinmoku (SAKURADA Hina) is very funny and unique, more josei. But it looks like the romance is going to be pretty slow. The series probably won't be super long though.

Kurohyou to 16-sai is super fast paced and a little chaotic but a really good unrequited love shoujo manga.
