Twisted relationships based on intense loyalty?

I feel like this is kind of a weird request, but I thought I'd give it a shot. ^^;
I'm looking for manga in which there is a relationship (of any kind, not just romantic) in which one character is completely and utterly loyal to another, but there's still something weird / creepy / disturbing / twisted about the relationship. Probably the best examples I can think of would be Ciel and Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji, Takaya and Naoe from Mirage of Blaze, or Soubi and either of his Sacrifices from Loveless. All of them involve a servant who is extremely loyal to his master - for different reasons and expressed in different ways, but still there - but there is very obviously something unhealthy, disturbing or otherwise off about the relationship. That's the kind of thing I'm looking for.
I mentioned master-servant relationships, but it doesn't have to be that - I guess 'creepy loyalty' just follows more easily from a relationship already necessitating loyalty. Doesn't matter what the reason for the loyalty is, as long as it's there. The more loyal, the better. The more twisted, the better. Pretty much any genre except hentai is fine, though I am particularly fond of supernatural / fantasy stuff with a largely male cast. Doesn't have to be scanlated.
Am I totally pulling this stuff out of nowhere here? I hope not. Thanks in advance for the help. ^^

Um...creepy relationships from 'intense loyalty'? What about love? I don't know if this qualifies though, Yuno and Yukiteru from Mirai Nikki. Yuno's obsessively in love with Yukiteru and would do anything for him, including murder in cold blood, or killing anyone in the way or even locking him up so she can have him all for herself.

Ah, if you like that sort of relationships:
Count Cain - Kuroshitsuji turned batshit insane. You'll see what I mean in a few volumes. The art from the earlier volumes are drastically different from the recent ones, understandably so, as there's a ten year gap in between. Nevertheless, it's a compelling read.
Sakura Gari - Technically there's loyalty in a professional way, but, it's not so much of loyalty as it is a bond that binds them together. Except it's a bond built on despair and hate, so...
Hellsing - A vampire bound to the female leader of the Hellsing organization. Their relationship, however, is twisted in more than one ways, and they're usually engaged in a battle of wits.

i agree with the flowers of evil.
it's definitly twisted. it's more of a shojo romance, though, but it has major psychological elements. (why it's under the shojo and psycological genres eheh.) it's also incest too, so if you're bothered by that..

I've read all three of the manga wolf_unknown specified, and all of them deal with people whose eccentric/twisted relationships are built on the glue that holds them together: loyalty. A common aspect is that one side will always have more power over the other, even if the other may be more powerful or capable. (In Mirage of Blaze, Naoe was filled with anguish over the bond he has with Takaya and sometimes cursed his unwavering sense of loyalty for him.)
I'm not really sure if Mirai Nikki (crazy yandere), Flowers of Evil (twisted twincest) or 100% Perfect Girl (Ring shoujo 🤣 ) fits what the topic creator asked for.
Edit: Flowers of Evil is good though. 😲

-.0 Yeah, you totally should have written this request instead of me. You know what I'm looking for better than I do and said it both much more nicely and in about half the words, heh.
Re: Vassalord: Have definitely heard of this one. Held off on reading it because while I'm usually either really impressed by vampire storylines or really disappointed, it's much more often the latter. Will definitely give it a shot, though.
Count Cain: Heard of this one, too, but I disliked Angel Sanctuary so thoroughly that I've never touched another Yuki Kaori manga again. However, Kuroshitsuji gone insane sounds like my cup of tea. I'll do my best to get over my "Eww Yuki Kaori" gut reaction.
Hellsing: Never tried this one either. See vampire comment above. Will think about it.
Sakura Gari: Not a huge fan of yaoi (I know, you're looking at the examples I gave and going, "Huh?" but it's the sex on screen I don't particularly like), but I'm always a fan of tragedy, plus I do like BL if not the smex, so it goes on my list.
Shinobi Life: Will read it just because a Kagetora shows up. Yes, I am just that biased.
Mirai Nikki: Whether or not it fits the request, I can't deny that I have a soft spot for characters of questionable mental stability. See example manga #2 and #3 in my first post. -.0 Will read.
The Flowers of Evil: Aww, manhwa. That means I have to suffer at the whims of scanlation groups. However, creepy incest is totally a go.
Watashi no... Megane-kun: Again, smut on screen is a bit of a turn-off (heh, pun!). However, the number of "creepy," "disturbing," and "twisted" comments is promising. Will give it a shot.
Toraware no Minoue: I'll give this one a look, but I'll probably give it the pass. I can take shoujo romance and I can take comedy, but I can't often deal with them both at the same time.
Lament of the Lamb: Looks interesting. Will take a look.
100% Perfect Girl and Daughter of the Nile both strike me as too typically cliché shoujo. Will take a look, though.
Thanks for all the recommendations, guys! Very much appreciated. ^^

If your ok with unusual and old style art- I'd highly suggest bronze and zetsuai. They fit perfectly. A very twisted relationship but also one of intense loyalty (at least on one side).
let dai is also similar- it also has a couple with a twisted relationship.
Le Portrait de Petit Cossette - its been a while since I read it but... I think it fits.
edit: almost forgot... Kurozuka!, it has some elements of what you want. A disturbing relationship but also an obsessive loyalty.
