i wanna say that the style of death note, blue dragon ral grado and bakuman done by takeshi obata is the most just... it looks real!!! but its not my favorite.
i personally like black lagoon, vampire juujikai, and pumpkin scissors
the art of air gear and tenjou tenge is beautiful along with aflame inferno
and oda eiichiro sucks!

Inoue Takehiko and Takeshi Obata are so far my favorite Shounen/Seinen artists. Ohba Tsugumi and Shirodaira Kyou for stories. Best art for manga is Death Note, in my opinion.

I love Kondou Kazuma (Deadman Wonderland, etc.) Asano Inio (Oyasumi Punpun, etc.) and Sakamoto Shinichi (Kokou no Hito, etc.) Their art is gorgeous. And I love Sakamoto for drawing a Platy and a Golite pack and the such.

I prefer clear, realistic and detailed artwork. OBATA Takeshi is the best I know in shounen.
As for seinen I like URASAWA Naoki, MORI Kaoru, YUKIMURA Makoto, NAKANO Junko, SOURYO Fuyumi.

Oh great is a great one. I'll also second Highschool of the Dead's artist. One artist not mentioned is the artist who does Minamoto-kun Monogatari . The women in this series, my god, the women are drawn just so spectacularly. Some of the best fan service around.
