Ignoring his talent to be unable to make a solid plot, I quite like Tite's art. I like it when he has those colored double pages, like the most recent one with Rangiku, Rukia, Nell and Orihime.
Quite the eyecandy. 🤣

I'm in love with KIM Kwang Hyun's work. So thats Aflame Inferno and Freezing.
Basically, most of Im Dal Young's works are all illustrated beautifully 😃
Also Yabuki Kentaro! Black Cat FTW!
I might as well throw Omamori Himari in the mix as well 🤣

Soul Eater has an unique style that makes all the pages look really beutiful and distinguinshed. It really stands out amoungst other mangas.

I think Inoue Takehiko has awesome art. Berserk's Miura does fantastic backgrounds and details. Sometimes I spend more time just looking at the manga than actually reading it. I also like Akira Toriyama's "clean" style, even though I hear the only reason he doesn't use screentone is because he's lazy. 😛
edit:
i really like Kuroshitsuji's art.
and Sahara Mizu/Yumeka Sumomo's art.simple,yet really pretty.

i've seen lots of good art but i don't remember the series or the mangaka ;(
most beautiful art i've seen so far is kaori yuki's works. i hate it when shoujo mangakas draw such large eyes ;(

Talking about art alone, I give my vote to E's Otherwise, which has extremely well-drawn backgrounds, and pretty characters and fight scenes. The art of the last few volumes look more updated and contemporary, which I like.
Good art should fit the story. I think Undercurrent is well-drawn too. Just look at the details and the fluid narrative (not just whether the characters are pretty).
Otoyomegatari is definitely one of the best drawn mangas ever, very detailed and vivid.
Yumekui Kenbun - most seriously drawn in the shoujo category, gives a nice historical feel and dark and elegant aura.

Any of Takahashi Tsutomu's works...
Yagi Norihiro (though the fist volumes of Angel Densetsu weren't very nice...)
Yukimura Makoto's Vinland Saga is nice too...
Miura's Berserk
And for shoujo Yoshii Yuu (Deep Love)

True. Not a lot of people want to give him props but some of his color artwork is actually pretty good. Especially the one mentioned above 😃
There are also a lot of good H artists out there, but since their genre of choice isn't to "widely accepted" they may never get to make the move like Oh! Great and Isutoshi.
