"Best" drawn manga

I'd say the best would definitely have to be Emma. I love how it's inspired by Victorian woodblock prints. The body proportions are better than any I've seen in manga, and the crosshatching and all the detail in the period accoutrements are amazing.
Death Note
the drawings look way too real
Negima has good art too
o shit! kuroshitsuji has awesome art too

Second. Although it seems like Katsura's art has gone down in detailing a bit since chapter 90.

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.

I TOTALLY SECOND Mori Kaoru's works. Especially in Otoyomegatari, I've never seen such detailed artwork!!

I think my favorite artist would be Sahara Mizu/Yumeka Sumomo. I absolutely love how she draws and the ethereal feeling the art creates.
I also love how full of energy her art is. Nothing is ever static in her manga, and it's so unique and signature from the typical manga style.
Plus, she's a fabulous story teller, and I've yet to be disappointed by any of her works.

Majo and Igarashi Daisuke's other works are probably my favorites. Asano Inio and Urushibara Yuki give him a run for his money though.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...

I think Uzumaki was very, very well drawn. Honey Hunt is really well done as well. Wallflower has some great images, but overall it's just average.
Clamp's work on Clover has some mindblowing art. It's fantastic, a visual treat.
