For the former, there's Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru (incomplete scanslation according to the info page) and I found Flowers of Evil too. I haven't read these, but these are the themes.

That's a lot of titles, but yeah, I guess it's hard to filter it out if you don't want smut or hentai on it. I guess the admin are still in the works if they can have a filter or elimination method for manga titles.
And I don't want one of my favourite titles to be misunderstood, but there was a concern in the manga Marmalade Boy about a couple in the series being half siblings, and so they had to deal with the forbidden love factor. There is no smut. Taken, the female character's mother tell her to not fall in love (although I'm not sure if this is the wording) with her stepbrother from the the start, and since there was such an emphasis on it, you just know that trouble's going to happen, other than because it's a shoujo and drama is going to happen. 🤣 >D
