There is the "forbidden love" tag and you can look at the options for both seinen and shounen.

Yeah that's true, but some manga doesn't have this tag in it, Prunus Girl doesn't have it

Hana to Akuma is somewhat a forbidden love. It's about a human girl and a demon (who she was raised by). The story is fluffy, and the ending really shows the difference between humans and immortals (I won't spoiler it).

Orange Marmalade is another somewhat forbidden love. In a world where vampires are hidden and discrimination against (prejudice); Ma Ri is just trying to past High School without being found out. So it's a vampire girl and a human boy in a world where vampires are hated.

Gokusen is not really forbidden I might say. It's just a student and teacher's relationship; well they go on whacky adventures. So this might not be exactly what you're looking for.

Hana no Kishi is bodyguard (female) and a...fiancee. I really want to add more, but it's already giving it away.

Ok as the forbidden love thing. Are you looking for Age gap type things? Teacher-student? Family members (not blood related, but legally related?) (or the whole incest thing?) ? Boss and subordinate ? High class and low class (ex. royalty and a servant) ? Same gender ? Human with nonhuman?

I tend to like the whole forbidden love theme ,but depending on to what extent you want. I didn't want to list a whole bunch of things and have you think ... not what I was looking for.
Oh and any lines you won't pass? ex. no smut, or no domestic violence or something.

umm, what i'm looking in forbidden love is something like incest (brother/sister), yaoi/yuri (for yaoi i prefer gender bender), and for high and low class seems good like royalty and servant (but i like woman for the servant). i don't prefer hentai or smut.
