Best shoujo... that's hard to decide. There are so many really good shoujo manga I like.
Here a little ranking:
1.) Ouran Koukou Host Club
2.) Skip beat!
3.) Fruits Basket
4.) Perfect Girl Evolution
5.) Desire Climax
6.) Vampire Knight
7.) Her Majesty's Dog
8.) Kaikan Phrase
9.) Love Monster
10.) Ren-ai Shijo Shugi
(Of course there are also many other shoujo manga which are great, but I don't have time to list them all. 🤣 )

but i serious like the anime better then the manga wish they countinued it

It hasn't ended, if you read ouran high it says in the side column that a thousand year s of snow is simply on hiatus while the author writes ouran. And i'll say Vampire Knight is the best, imo

i really like works from matsumoto tomo and the creator of girl got game.
i hate all works by yu watase. the only reason why i know her name is so i can prevent mself from accidentally reading any of her works.

Best Shoujo? Princess by Seong Won Han is absolutely the one!!! I know this manga is not as widely known as Vampire Knight, or Skip Beat, or... But to me, it's the best best best one ^^ 😛

I'd have to say Furuba,Ouran and Koukou debut!
Vampire Knight is great too,but it just doesnt make me go "aww x3"

When it comes to manga
Skip Beat, Power!!!, KouKou Debut, I really enjoyed Cat Street but don't know if it is a favorite.
As for animes I liked Honey and Clover and Ghost Hunt.
