What I'm looking for is a seme exhibiting these characteristics, or something close to them (No annoying/really-girly uke btw):

-Obsessed and completely in love with the uke, only having eyes for him, ect. (not in a psychotic or creepy stalkerish way of course)

-Non-violent around his uke

-He may or may not (yeah right, lol) want sex, but has AMAZING self-control whenever the uke unknowingly/innocently tempts him

-Treats the uke like his most precious treasure (without being possessive or an a-hole about it)

-No raping, b/c rape does not = LOVE. 🙁 I want him to be considerate and the type to let the uke get used to the idea. And if the uke shows any resistance and says STOP, then he will obediently quit his groping. (I don't want him acting like a servant towards the uke or anything though)

-And as for the last trait/characteristic, he has to be REALLY SEXY. But then again, that's a given in most yaoi manga 😀

I'd say that the Egoist arc of Junjou Romantica has EXACTLY the sort of seme you're looking for. He ticks all your points - except maybe the sexual self-control, but then he did hold back and not make a move when his uke was being all asleep and unconscious and seductive, which, you know, is kind of uncommon. Among semes. Most of 'em would've had the following two words scrolling through their heads in the world's most garish technicolor marquee: "RAEP TIEM!" But, yeah. Not this seme. 🙂 He behaved himself - the most he did was briefly touch the uke's hair in a completely innocent, non-perverted way. How sweet...!

The absolutely ADORKABLE seme of Cafe Latte Rhapsody would almost count, if it weren't for the fact that he isn't 'really sexy'. Really cute, though? YUH. <3

Same goes for the seme of You Can't Eat That! Too cute (and scared, actually) to count as typically 'sexy'. Except when he's being sort of accidentally sexy as a vampire. But it's accidental. And unusual. 😀

And nothing's happened between them, yet, but the drop-dead-sexy future-seme of Hachimitsu Darling seems like he'd fit all your criteria. Haven't really seen him in 'action' yet, though, so I can't be sure...

EDIT: OH MY GOD I FOUND SEMES THAT FIT ALL YOUR CRITERIA. The seme from The Color of the Clear Blue Sky! And Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi! (Well, he's eventually obsessed, anyway!) And Seven! And You & Harujion! And Tight Rope! And A Place for Half a Rent! And The Uncool and Cool You! And Like That! And Do Not Sit There! And Sore wa Isshun, no Hikari de wa Naku! And I'm Serious in My Own Way! (Eventually!) And The Big Brother Next Door! Man, Asou Kai's really good at making perfect semes, isn't she? And speaking of consummate seme-creators, you'll like pretty much any seme of Natsume Isaku's! And Yamamoto Kotetsuko's! And Tsunoda Ryoku's (except for Ai wa Doko Itta?).

Haru wo Daite Ita would be the paradigm of what you want, but doubtless you've read it. I'd say most of NITTA Youka's stories fit, with the exception of When a Man Loves a Man.

Uso to Kiss also features a completely-smitten seme. Toiki Yori mo Yasashii by MINASE Masara has the hot seme covered as well.

Rakka Sokudo by FUJIYAMA Hyouta and Kimi wo Mukaeni by SHIMOTSUKI Kairi feature extremely patient semes.

@tartufo: Thanks for all the suggestions, really. I've read a few of them (which do fit somewhat as you said), and a few I haven't. But who here hasn't read Junjou Romantica? You can't be considered a fujoshi if you haven't at least read ONE of the most popular BL works 🤣 And YES, Cafe Latte Rhapsody had one of the cutest seme's ever, to the point that I felt I would melt into a puddle of goo. >0<

When I begin reading manga, I start out by searching for the highest-rated titles, or the underrated ones that are recommended. But to see the ones you've recommended that I haven't read yet, well, I'm quite happy with the selection I can go through now because of you. 😀

@scarletrhodelia: Thanks for the suggestions, but I have read Haru wo Daite Ita, and it was AWESOME. I've also read several of her other works, but for some reason, I don't find her men as attractive as the characters from her main series above.

Haven't read Uso to Kiss yet, and I don't think I ever will get to since it seems to be out of print T___T

I'll check out the others series though, so thanks for the suggestions! 😀
