I don't know if what I like would suit your taste, but I'll give it a try with the ones I've enjoyed and are labeled as ecchi.

I'm enjoying greatly of Chokotto Sister.
And GTO if you haven't read it.
Those two have so much more than ecchi though.

And here are a few more:
Seijou Kouchakan no Jijou which was really funny.
Nana to Kaoru and Toshiue no Hito by the same mangaka.
Kodomo no Jikan loli
Dog Style (MINAMOTO Yuu) and Kanaete Aizen are also quite cute and have pretty art.

for Ichigo 100% I've watched the anime and, just like GTO, can't be sure if reading it as a manga would be worth it.
