hello everyone, I am looking for a manga about betrayal to the protagonist. be it from the protag's friends, family, spouse, etc that he/she trusts very much.
the story follows how the protag deals and comes in term with it, may it be forgiveness or revenge, both is okay.

Seconded. This is an amazing manga and I highly recommend it. The genres are action, adventure, and seinen. The story is about a swordsman with a sad past (although he looks feminine). The description alone is exciting. Think Rurouni Kenshin with revenge instead of repenting; he is a really strong swordsman (the strongest of his time). Note that there is only a little ecchi at the beginning, but then it dies down (which disappointed me, but whatever).

Dämons - I'd describe it as betrayal to the max. I don't know how they could've made it any more painful for him.

Shin Angyo Onshi.... I remmember smt like that (or im wrong) dont know I read it a while back but its good read 🙂 so check it out

Liar Game not sure if it counts but deception is a big part of this manga and the lead a little too gullible
Black Lagoon not a major focus point in the story but the guy starts a new life because of it. really good story currently on hiatus
