I want the female protagonist to be some sort of supernatural creature. It must have at least a little romance. I always see the girl falling for the supernatural guy, but I am looking for the opposite. The guy can be a supernatural creature, too, but human male leads are VERY welcome. They could be vampires, devils, demons, werewolves, witches, etc. I just think it's cool for the girl to actually be like that for once. Thanks!!! 😀

Princess Resurrection isn't really romance, but the heroine is badass and you might still enjoy it.

And well there are tons of standard/mediocre shounen/ecchi manga like that but I don't know how you feel about them (i.e. Sora no Otoshimono, To Love-Ru, Oretama, Omamori Himari, Aa Megami-sama, etc.)

You might want to consider taking a look through the Unorthodox Female Love Interest tag. It's got some stuff you probably aren't interested in (aliens, robots, etc.), but you'll also find some supernatural critters in there as well.

I second Rosario+Vampire. She's a vampire, he's the only human in a school for monsters. Also try Blood+. She starts out an ordinary human with amnesia, but as she regains her memories, she remembers that she's actually this weird super powerful supernatural creature. All of the male love interests are human.
Rosario is lighter and Blood+ is darker. Personally, I think Blood+ is better, but you might think differently.
