I have recently been getting into light novels and I have started enjoy reading them.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on what to read next. I don't really have a preference on what sort light novels I like as I've only just started. So any suggestions would be great!

Hakomari, one of the best mystery LNs around.

Mushoku Tensei (Novel), fantasy reincarnation stuff. Starts light but gets serious as the story progresses. Can't say if this is up your alley, but it is the best of its kind I've read so far.

Rokka no Yuusha (Novel), not to be judged by the anime. Mystery novel with fantasy setting + action.

Ame no Hi no Iris (Novel) Just for a short read, enjoyable nevertheless.

Gosick (Novel) -- pretty good mysteries, great action & romance.

It hard to pin it down when your request is so general. There are a lot of light novels out there.

You can also check out the light novels that I am reading on my lists. I have my own way of organizing things so I hope these help. None of the light novels have any Yaoi or Yuri but there are one or two that are Erotica. Its fairly obvious which ones they are when you read the descriptions, just thought I would warn you.

In order of my favorites

Xianxia means Immortal Hero. You will usually start where the character starts from square. Usually involves cultivating, medicine pills, family lineage, etc. Throughout the Novels, you see the Main Character developing and eventually challenging many foes around the world.

You can find these novels on WuxiaWorld, and the releases are pretty much daily.
