I need suggestions of manga that deal with love triangle romance. either 2 guys and one girl, or two girls and one guy. Something with a little bit of action/horror/comedy/vampires.
Currently reading vampire knight and enjoy it very much.
Is there anything else somewhat like it? 😳

A Thousand Years of Snow. Mangaka of host club. it has comedy/vampire. love triangle, 2 guys 1 girl. Really short though. only 1 or 2 volumes I think. I know some with love triangle, but with vampire, just that one,vampire knight

and if your really feeling the pinnacle of multiple love triangles
school rumble or hatsukoi limited are ones with alot of characters and alot of love geometries

If you want just a good triangle love story, try Sugar Addiction, a manhwa. Very cute.
Aisuru Hito is a josei with 2 men and 1 woman. Quite good, but I think the scanlations are on hiatus.
Akuma de Sourou counts in, I think, since it is a bit repetitive with the love rival thing.
As The God Of Death Dictates a sweet story. Triangle-ish. And supernatural.
Suki ni Natte mo Ii no? you have the triangle part in the begining, later it is resolved who the girl chooses. But the story really grips you ^^

I would recommend Mekakushi no Kuni and penguin revolution, Skip Beat!, devil and her love song, Beauty Pop. There are more but my heads not functioning well.
These are basically shoujo, romance, comedy genre. I'll add some more if I remember them. And tell me which one you like so I know what to recommend

Hana-Kimi is a love triangle between a girl & 2 guys. Great manga series ^^ My personal favourite
Fruits Basket another good love triangle
Skip Beat! - a REALLY REALLY good shoujo with good comedy
School Rumble - more like a love octopus x3850398503, but it's a hilarious series
Aisuru Hito A josei smut, 2 guys + 1 girl. The scanlations are on hiatus, but they won't be much longer... hinthintwinkwinknudgenudge
Ichigo 100% - ecchi romance shounen - great series overall
Hatsukoi Limited - same author as Ichigo 100%
Ouran High School Host Club - same author as [Millenium Snow], and it's hilarious ^^
