I would say Sawako and Kazehaya from Kimi ni Todoke since they're both so cute. Reading about their relationship is so sweet, I could puke. Noriko and Izark from From Far Away are a good couple too.

EDIT: I can't believe I forgot about Zen and Shirayuki from Akagami no Shirayukihime. The way they treat each other equally is something I don't see often in manga.
