Genetics/ Mutants Anyone?

Hey everyone!! 😀
I was looking for a new manga to read, that will draw me in and make me want to keep reading. I don't think that there is already a topic on this so...
I am looking for any manga that involves genetic engineering/ mutants. It doesn't have to be futuristic or anything, and I prefer that the main character has something to do with it/ is one of the people who are a mutant/genetic anomaly.

Aww that's alrite! But plz do READ the Three mangas that I listed as the most 'memorable' ones!! I'm 1000000% sure you'll f*ckin LOVE it!
ah yea, Try Hotel too..(although it might be more into the mechanical engineering type since it revolves around a robot)

Umm... Actually guys I don't want to mind the details but since I'm someone from the genetics field, I can't resist to make some corrections. Genetic engineering is basically a direct modification/manipulation on the genes of a certain organism, which resulting in certain changes to the organism in appearance, adaptability, intelligence, character and behavior.
Although Fran did change her patients in that manner, she didn't do it through genetic engineering but mostly through surgery. As I recall, there's only one case where she uses genetic engineering;
It is a case where a girl meets with a car accident and Fran change her into a caterpillar.
BTW, if you're looking for a genetic engineering manga, there are actually quite a collection in the market. But, mostly the manga of this type is always about a project or experiment that goes haywire so the manga ends up as being a horror, mystery, sci-fi or an action manga. Genetic engineering projects and research actually are more beneficial to us than what we always thinks, especially in the food industries (through GM food) and pharmaceutical industries (through drugs development).
Well, that's enough of my preaching. Please don't take note about it too much. As far as I'm concern, if the manga picked my interest, I'll read it no matter what the genre is (except for shounen-ai and yaoi), and those manga that you guys mentioned really did the job. 😀
