Looking for weird things

Could you recommend some weird, unusual, but interesting manga, and, preferably, without "moe, cute( big heads ,large eyes, e.g. k-on, clannad)" art style?
Examples:
tropical citron a pathetic photographer saving magical town . Sketchy art, but kinda cool.
water. in a short story called "cool lady" a man fall on love with a picture of an imaginary girl he just draw and set out to look for her in the real world.
believers a story of a cult on a desert island
titles like those are pretty rare to come by. Please help, thank you.

Given that 2 of the examples you give aren't on either of your public lists, I take it those aren't reliable indicators of what you've read? In any case, for weird stories, it often pays to seek out mangaka who consistently make weird works. As such, I'm mostly going to focus my recommendations on authors rather than individual series.
If you like the art in Tropical Citron, you should try everything by KOIKE Keiichi that's available. He's the premier psychedelic manga artist.
Other mangaka with unique art and wonderfully weird stories I recommend include:
NISHIOKA Kyoudai - I'd start with Journey to the End of the World
YOKOYAMA Yuuichi
KATOU Shinkichi - particularly his short story collections, Ranman & Obrigado!
IGARASHI Daisuke
TOMIZAWA Hitoshi - Has a simple, cutesy style when drawing humans, which you might not care for.
MOROHOSHI Daijirou
Murai - A pretty new artist who seems to specialize in short, surreal stories.
TSUGE Yoshiharu
MATSUMOTO Taiyou - Not all of his works are weird per se, but they're all interesting. And his art is consistently fantastic. Brothers of Japan, Gogo Monster & Flower are some of his weirder works.
One off recommendations:
Jacarandá - I suspect many of Shiriagari's works would suit this topic, if only they were translated...
Japan Tengu Party Illustrated
K no Souretsu
Also, keep an eye out for any oneshots from Garo magazine released by Habanero Scans.

My lists mostly represent authors. I have read some of the work of the authors you recommend. You seem very knowledgeable in this kind of manga. Thanks a lot for your recommendation.
ps. the garo stuff are too weird. i dont get them at all. 😕

Pretty disturbing and weird, plus gory xD
The art is not really my type. Anyway, thanks. 🙂

Freesia
Homunculus
Ultra Heaven
Takemitsu Zamurai
Helter Skelter
Korokoro Soushi
Arigatou
Himizu
The Family Zoo
Ore to Akuma no Blues
Ryuuguuden
Genkaku Picasso
Dorohedoro
Ryuuguuden is quite weird. I've read Freesia once but quit it halfway. I couldn't keep up wth the plot.
Thanks you.

Uh... let me think:
Magdala de Nemure
Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge
Charlotte
Dawn - Tsumetai Te
Destroy and Revolution
Imawabi no Dakini
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
Monochrome Myst
Mirai Nikki
Zetsuen no Tempest
Hanako to Guuwa no Tera (One of my personal favorites!)
En Passant (Was axed, but they wrapped it up pretty well.)
Coulomb Fille (Definitely very... weird.)
Akumetsu (Weird as crap, but has a pretty tragic ending...)
That's all I can think of... hope some fit your tastes. 😀
Bacchanals, to arms!

A lot of stuff could be counted as "weird", but News of Transformations was the weirdest for me. Angel Sanctuary was also pretty weird...Practically anything in Viz's SigIkki line (Tesoro, Dorohedoro, Afterschool Charisma, Bokurano etc.) is known to be not very mainstream either.

I dont like it to be honest. The drama is lame. I am not really convinced. It would be better if it was a black comedy gag series. Anyway, thanks for your reccomendation.

news of transformation is very very weird. I dont really understand most of the story. I do like the story about a boy and a gun though. Thanks

FLCL (フリクリ) is pretty weird and kind of sweet. tekkon kinkreet and a lot of matsumoto taiyos stuff is weird, exciting, amazingly beautifully illustrated.
