A couple of short ones:
Hoshi no Koe --> 1 volume but very good
Solanin --> not listed under romance, but I consider it a romance/tragedy manga. Also very good. You could try Rurouni Kenshin, but I don't know if it files under good romance. Maybe the later arcs, but idk. I haven't read the recent chapters, but Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle is one I'd recommend.
I've read Kenshin last month, and i loved the romance in it and everything 😛 . Tsubasa, How about the anime ?. I mean does it follow the story in the manga?. cause I heard that it's terrible and filled with fillers?!. I might give it a shoot 😁 😁
i love the anime series Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle i watched every single one that has come out and think it is the best thing that clamp has done....after xxxhoLic. and when the anime was taking so slow to be released i relied on the manga which did in fact follow most of the anime story line. with people that say "no that the anime does not follow the manga word for word and some parts are left out" they don't understand that for the length of the anime most of the parts have to be cut for them to get the whole manga out with the budget that they are given.....so i would say that yea it follows the manga not to a T but there is not much difference...if you want more info on the anime then read the manga to for what you did not understand.....but all in all wonderful anime and manga...

Suzuka is a pretty good romance. It has some aspects of a harem but is dar from the stereo typical one and has a really good story line.
Though I will comment on this and say that it is an extremely repetitive manga. That didn't keep me from reading the first 3/4s of it, but after that I decided I didn't want to watch them split up and get back together again.
Very frustrating manga, though i felt for the most part it was pretty realistic. Still, if you're looking for non-repetitive, you don't want to read it.
Uhh, i beg to differ on that. I thought it was of the least repetative mangas I've read. I mean, its not like any other manga, and the plot progresses in a (fairly) unexpected way. I don't remember anything being annoyingly repetative (although the whole sports thing was annoying.) Overall, Suzuka was very good, one of my favs, so i suggest reading it (Although its 166 chapters, i read it in 2 days.)
Other good ones you might like.
REC
Bitter Vigin
Mysterious Girlfriend X (its a little weird (ok really weird) but its funny and interesting)
None of them are complete yet, but they are all really good.

I remember the whole scenario being repetetive, especially this plot line:
The guy confesses that he loves/still loves/has always loved/hasn't stopped loving/might still love Suzuka, which causes her some amount of emotional turmoil, because she's afraid of liking him. Or, how about the ! something happened to Suzuka that she doesn't really feel like talking about so the guy ends up incredibly confused while Suzuka is avoiding him. Then she breaks up with him, mostly because he can't read her mind.
I mean, every time? She's not emotionally abused or unable to trust because of her difficult past.
So yeah, maybe the story is different than other manga, but the plot structure is built in a very repetitive way, and events seem to repeat over and over.

From what I saw from your reading list, you read most of the shounen/seinen romance[at least the good ones], I would know because the only romance I read is shounen/seinen too[I don't read shoujo]. Try Negative Happy Chain Saw Edge, I recommended this in another thread earlier too but it's really good with some romance, you can really see the the hero and the heroine's connections, the ending is nice romance too =]. and if you want something more twisted yet romantic, you have to try NHK ni Youkoso!. If you don't mind a oneshot, try Half & Half from the author of Suzuka/Kimi no iru machi, it's also very good and somewhat touching. I also didn't see Kobato on your list, it's seinen romance by CLAMP so the artwork is good at least. Hope I helped, juicifer and threadstarter.

Looked through your reading list, so I'll name the romance mangas I read that's not on there, I'll try to put it up by level of "worth reading"-ness, so start from the ones at the top and go down the list, I'll leave the one shots on the bottom:
Hoshi no Koe- if you didn't read this one, you should. very touching and moving, more serious than most romance mangas, seinen romance
D-ASH- recommended you read this, I enjoyed it, great seinen romance+ plot of chasing his dream[of being the best runner]+ very ironic and realistic
Bakuman- a ongoing manga about becoming a mangaka and romance, by authors of Death Note
I's- classic romance story, good art too, don't get turned off by the bad cover, cause the art inside is decent
3.3.7 Byooshi- amusing about a guy "cheerleader", but don't get turned off by that, he's not gay or anything. Very original idea and plot in this romance manga.
Mai-Hime- good artwork, action, plot and romance, I enjoyed this one
Midori no Hibi- funny shounen romance
Gacha Gacha- the manga has two different stories, the first story called Gacha Gacha - Capsule, being 5 volumes long, and the 2nd story Gacha Gacha - Secret, starting at the 6th volume and going on until volume 16. both are completely about romance. Typical romance harem shounen manga, although first one is good with happy ending. The 2nd one, Gacha Gacha - Secret...read it only if you're bored and is just looking for something fun to read, espesially since the ending is not resolved ><
Kanokon- shounen romance haha
Chaos;HEAd- left this at the end since only 2 chapters are released so I can't say it's very good yet, very twisted manga with romance, if you can't wait to see what happens try the anime on it, although it's very strange
These two have romance in it, but not entirely about romance:
Beck- more about the story of becoming a succesful rock band, but has some side romance between the "hottest" girl in series[imo] and the main char
Angel Densetsu- earlier work by the author of Claymore, has romance in it
The oneshots:
Akiiro Bousou Biyori- a good oneshot by the author of Ichigo 100%/Hatsukoi Limited
Koi no Kamisama- another good romance oneshot with a twist to it
Hope I helped. And hopefully these will keep you busy for a while...unless you read all of them already =[
