Stuck up female character

I'm looking for a manga that has a stuck-up main (not side character) female character preferably in a shounen setting but shoujo is fine.
They may be similar but it would be great if the recommendations aren't filled with tsundere type characters.
just in case..
from the dictionary:
stuck up - concieted, snobbish, arrogant etc.
Don't only look straight, look also to the sides, usually the essential isn't in front of you, but beside you.

I second Franken Furan and Iryuu - Team Medical Dragon. Fran is pretty stuck-up with her patients and stuff, and the heroine aka the assistant director woman in Iryuu is also very stuck up and is ambitious. On his list he already read Evangelion though...and Shigeshoushi is a josei.
Went through your lists, and you mostly read all the ones with stuck-up woman...the only one I didn't find on your list is:
Bloody Monday- the main villain woman is pretty stuck up
