When I get one, I'll let you know....don't wait up for me lol. Guys my age that show interest in me are real jerks about it...I'm pretty good at picking up the signs sadly, they're not. I have to spell it out for them but when I do, they think I'm a "female dog"....Life.

I do appreciate them.. since I received some, I guess. But I don't really know what to do. Like, what should I do next? I'm thankful for the letter and the things they wrote, etc. But I hate the fact that they make me so confused. All I can think of was why? how? what? It's mind-boggling..

I've yet to see one that was well written or even interesting. I wish they put more effort into it. Also, I think giving the letter directly to the person is nice, but if the person in question is always in a group and it doesn't seem practical I can understand not giving it directly.

They think you're... what? A bitch? I'm not sure I understand you.

Um... they're asking you out, right? What's the confusing part?

Well when I was about 16 a boy wrote me a lovepoem and gave it to me, I guess thats kind of like a loveletter, It really made me kinda stressed out even though it was very sweet, Im really not the popular kind of person and never was so I dont handle those kind of things well 😀

Last year a man I worked with gave me a lovenote, now that was really uncomfortable. First of all he is a good bit 20 years older than me and I did not want to hook up with him, also I had to keep working with him. Like I said Ive never been popular and dont handle these things well so I just ignored it and pretended nothing had happend wich made for quite a uncomfortable mood at work for the both of us 🤢

Wish I could have handled these things better when I had the opportunity 🤣

Would someone already tell me what is a love note? A piece of paper that says "I love you" or what the hell?

It'd be interesting to get one since the last I received was when I was only 10.
But I won't read any from a Shakespearean.

I think the idea of getting a love letter is romantic. Words can be composed in such a beautiful manner that it would melt your heart. To be able to receive a letter someone poured their emotions into would bring me the utmost joy.

  • Now if someone just half assed it and made grammatical/spelling error, or it didn't flow right. I would probably send back a letter saying ' If you wanted to completely disgust me, goal accomplished. '
*If someone wants to make a comment saying I made a grammatical error somewhere in this post. My reply is I don't proofread most of my post 😛 , but I expect a love letter to be proofread.

Yes, I think love letters can be romantic. Sometimes just taking the time to write everything out is tenfold better than someone blurting out a confession, and by sometimes I mean most of the time.

Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos
